Digital Product Manager

reports directly into the

Manager, User Experience & Digital Banking


Key areas of accountability for this role are:
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to design, develop, and enhance digital products to continually optimize the value of the digital products to members and to the organization throughout the product lifecycle.

Develop and maintain the product vision and roadmap for the assigned portfolio by leveraging member data and research to identify and translate emerging member needs into opportunities to build member wellbeing.

Work cross-functionally to plan and manage the delivery of digital solutions and experiences that create and enhance value for members and communities on time and on budget while managing risk, change, and quality.

Monitor and optimize the performance of assigned complex portfolios from the perspectives of experience, risk appetite, member impact, technology and systems requirements, volumes, revenues and/or breadth of the product array to enhance member well-being
and achieve business objectives

The competencies for this position would typically be acquired through a specialist post-secondary diploma in business, marketing, or computer sciences, plus additional courses in information technology or Internet-related subjects, or general undergraduate
degree.The successful candidate will have Product Management Certification, Project Management Professional (PMP) or Prince 2 designation and a good knowledge of the following areas: user experience, the software development cycle, web development and mobile

3+ years product management experience

Experience managing development and delivery of web and mobile projects

Technical aptitude and analytical skill
