Function summary

Under the supervision of the Production Manager we are hiring a Production Coordinator for our Sourcing & Production department.

The candidate for this position acts as a liaison between parties involved in the process of designing, costing and production. They will verify that all information is accurate, monitor the status of all styles and constantly follow up with the appropriate vendors and internal departments.

Responsibilities and main tasks

  • Daily communication with suppliers
  • Responsible for follow ups and sending comments for lab dips/bilk fabric
  • Responsible for arts and prints approval
  • Responsible for updating production log book and approval status
  • Responsible for 1st fit to shipping samples

Context of Employment

  • Permanent Position
  • Normal office hours: 37.5 hours, Monday to Friday 8:30-17:00
  • Location: St-Laurent
  • Benefit package after 3 months of service
  • 4 paid sick days per year after 3 months of service
  • 1 paid birthday day off after 1 year of service
  • 2 weeks vacation, after 1 year of service

Education and Experience


  • 2-3 years of experience in similar position
  • 2-3 years of experience in the fashion and apparel industry
  • Extremely organised and detail oriented
  • Swim experience

An asset:

  • Ability to work in collaborative team environment, as well as work independently
  • Detailed oriented, with accuracy and precision
  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative
  • Good time management skills, ability to prioritize, and problem solving skills
  • Swim Experience



  • Knowledge of production cycle

Technical Tools

  • Excellent level in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)


  • Excellent level of English (written and spoken)
  • Good level of spoken French (written and spoken)
