OVERVIEW

The Slot Attendant is responsible for completing all customer-related slot transactions in a timely and accurate manner, as well as providing a superior customer service experience to guests. The successful incumbent demonstrates exceptional customer service, analytical skills, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Performs jackpot and cancelled credit payouts to eligible players
  • Provides professional and courteous customer service
  • Returns and reconciles personal cash float at end of each shift
  • Issues accurate bill exchanges to players in assigned section on applicable rules that accompany all reserve requests
  • Controls assigned keys and access cards
  • Maintains working knowledge of current radio communication procedures and protocol
  • Maintains complete, accurate, and legible log of all daily activities
  • Has exceptional working knowledge of department and company policies and procedures
  • Attends ongoing job training and performs other job related duties, as requested by management
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

  • 2 years of providing superior customer service within a casino or the hospitality industry
  • Working knowledge of machine plays for various types of machine manufacturers is preferred, but not required
  • Excellent overall English communication (verbal and written)
  • Ability to multitask in a fast pace environment
  • Fluency in Mandarin is an asset
  • Slot product experience is preferred
  • Friendly, outgoing and professional manner
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule to include nights, weekends, and holidays
CERTIFICATES AND/OR LICENSES REQUIREMENTS

  • Must be able to obtain a valid gaming license (GPEB)
  • Serving it Right Certification
