CASCADES TISSUE GROUP The Tissue Group, a division of Cascades, is the second-largest tissue producer in Canada and the fifth-largest in North America.

The Division manufactures, converts and markets a huge selection of paper products, such as hand towels, bathroom tissue, facial tissue, napkins, paper towels, wipers and dispensers for the North American away-from-home and consumer products markets. The Group has more than 2,200 employees and operates seven manufacturing plants, nine conversion plants and four plants with both manufacturing and conversion facilities. Your challenge! Reporting to the Vice-President of Sales, you will have the following main functions: Lead all day-to-day aspects of an individual bid Responsible for submitting a completed bid to an existing or prospective client, on time and within budget Contributing to the written proposal - both in terms of content and presentation (such as preparation of a management summary) Coordinate incoming bid requests and proposal responses Manage the customer relationship and work to ensure customer satisfaction Become a first point of contact for the client, and liaises with estimators who produce the price element of the bid Organize and track all requests and responses using company databases Implementation of bid procedures, governance and process.

Understand and resolve complex technical, strategic and business issues Business Objectives Alignment Help develop the sales growth strategy for his business unit and ensure its implementation Corporate Responsibility and Governance Ensure compliance and promote ethical behaviour by Cascades and its business partners Make sure projects comply with the standards, regulations and procedures in effect Core competencies defined for this job Client-focus Decision-making Flexibility and ability to adapt Partnership Planning and organizing Team leadership Education Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Administration Desired experience Strong experience of at least 5 years in a similar role Technical competencies Good knowledge of Windows environment Additional information Be an excellent communicator Accountability and autonomy Excellent skills in presentation Abilities in project management Excellent writing and oral skills in English.
