This position acts as a liaison between various departments and contractors within Clairmont Creative Inc. which includes marketing, communications, counselling, project management and operations.

This role is highly involved in managing our operations in order to make improvements in communication and efficiency, while also coordinating the activities, workflow and relationships of applicable team members, clients, and potential clients in accordance with established team goals and objectives.

This position will work closely with the CEO to ensure business initiatives and goals are carried out through completion. This role will ensure quality service to customers in accordance with Clairmont Creative Inc. business objectives and standards of excellence.

Clairmont Creative Inc. supports people with digestive health issues to find relief and identify their food triggers through an online program with dietetic counselling.


  • Manages and implements strategic business initiatives as outlined by CEO.
  • Assists CEO with internal communications, meetings with partners, attending to contractors and team member needs and ensuring any problems are resolved.
  • Builds strong relationships with team members and oversee their progress, noting any issues or successes.
  • Coordinates team meetings and scheduling with the CEO.
  • Coordinates and manages team members to promote strong communication and problem solving as situations arise.
  • Evaluate and review marketing efforts on a quarterly basis to measure effectiveness and customer impact.
  • Assists in coordinating business wide procedures and work to improve existing processes for maximum clarity, efficiency and success.
  • Assists in coordination and creation of program alterations, marketing plans and other projects within the business.
  • Assists with overseeing or leading research projects and investigative work on services, technology and information needed for day-to-day operations
  • Assists with development and implementation of marketing efforts including, but not limited to email marketing, funnel building/implementation/evaluation, social media marketing, content publishing and video publishing.


  • Good understanding of customer service methods and the ability to apply this knowledge.
  • Ability to develop and foster effective relationships with clients, potential clients, partners and team members.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to apply these skills in either verbal or written form when interaction with clients, potential clients, and team members.
  • The ability to travel for projects as required.
  • Technical ability to use basic computer programs like Word and Excel, understanding of how to use various features of Google Drive.
  • Technical ability with social media tools such as Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and Hootsuite.
  • Proficient in the following software including WordPress, Trello, Slack, Google Analytics, ClickFunnels, ConvertKit, Infusionsoft, Vimeo, Zoom, and Screenflow. Do not have to be proficient in all, but must have familiar with these tools, confidence in your tech-savvy ability to learn these tools quickly is critical.
  • Highly organized and the ability to manage multiple tasks, schedules and processes at once.
  • Ability and willingness to continue to learn new skills related to the position in the areas of health, education, marketing, sales and communication.
  • Ability to effectively problem solve.
  • Demonstrates leadership and effective management skills.
  • Need to be able to work well in an entrepreneurial start-up environment and be able to take initiative.

  • 1-2 years minimum experience working in a similar role, in office or from home.
  • University undergraduate degree in marketing or business
  • Flexibility to travel to Hamilton/Burlington for weekly meetings and work sessions as well as to travel nationally and internationally as needed


  • Full-time, one-year contract: This is a full-time, 35 hour/week position with our company under a 12-month (one-year) contract with opportunity for renewal.
  • Location of work: You will work remotely from your home office mostly, with weekly work sessions at the CEO’s home office or at another local workspace in the Hamilton-Burlington area.
  • Compensation: $45,500/year
