Regional Account Manager, Echelon
(Saskatoon, SK and surrounding area)

Main Function:
- Accountable to develop, implement, and support sales programs in relation to precision ag services to achieve sales and margin objectives.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develops, implements, and manages divisional sales strategies, ensuring overall alignment with corporate objectives including outlining expectations for sales, gross margin and pricing.
- Provides leadership, direction and coaching to Agronomists, Sales Representatives and Branch Managers in the development, implementation and execution of sales plans in order to assist them in meeting performance targets, and ensure alignment with Business Strategy.
- Responsible for the management of the customer base and the successful implementation of customer programs.
- Responsible for the managing customer set-up for approved credit and collection of accounts.
- Responsible for precision ag products and customer planning tools.
- In conjunction with Divisional and Branch management, assists in the development of sales, operating and capital budgets.
- Accountable for the provision of real time information regarding saleable inventory, competitive pricing/programs, and reporting of sales vs objectives.
- Responsible for staying abreast of new technologies, customer needs and regulatory changes within the product line for customers and retails.
- Proficient in computer related duties.
- Provides market intelligence to Product Line Manager, Marketing, Regions, and Division Management Teams.
- Performs other related duties as required.

- Preferred five (5) years of demonstrated successful experience in the areas of farm supply sales and marketing.
- University Degree in Agriculture, commerce or Bachelor of Administration or 10 years of experience selling inputs to ag producers.

- Must possess a valid class 5 driver's license. Demonstrated ability to coach and develop people. Demonstrated ability to manage within the terms of the collective agreement and human resource policies. Proficient in utilizing computers for word processing, spreadsheet and database software applications
