Job Function Working with the marketing team and ownership to research, develop and execute marketing plans by using both traditional and online methods.

Responsible for high output on tight deadlines in an industrial market place.

This role works closely with the management and sales teams to ensure market and competitive Intel is being gathered and kept up to date with changing trends.

New product, industry and market target recommendations are an expectation of this senior position.

Core Job ResponsibilitiesWorking closely with the management team to define marketing materials, programs and campaignsExecute email and other social media style campaignsCollaborate with the sales team on the qualification and acceleration of sales leadsPlan company presence at various tradeshows and exhibitionsCoordinate and support development of marketing tools to promote new products, features and functionalities to both prospects and existing customersResearch and understand customer needs, market areas and buying motivatorsBuild strong knowledge of competitor products and marketing campaignsContribute to the organization and orchestration of the Annual Catalogue ProjectContribute to New-Line web store design and advertising functionContribute to the development of overall company brandingContribute to product design and packagingExecute on a variety of other marketing functions daily i.e.

Product Awareness Flyers and Targeting Customer BroadcastsContribute to the training of team members across the company on Marketing trends and programs Required CompetenciesMinimum of a Bachelors Degree in a accredited Marketing ProgramA Degree or experience equivalent in graphic design would be beneficialMust be mechanically inclinedAdvanced capabilities with Adobe Creative Suite for PC (Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign)Advanced MS Office and Excel SkillsPrevious experience in a high volume distribution environment is highly preferredExcellent oral, and written communication skills; strong presentation skillsExperience in market research is requiredDemonstrated high degree of understanding internet marketing trends and techniques including a good understating of web traffic analysis and site rankingPrevious marketing experience at a senior or management level is requiredStrong commitment to self improvement and continued educationClean criminal record and proof of education are required What New-Line OffersAn extremely competitive compensation package; negotiated based on experienceComprehensive benefits program including RRSP matchingGrowth potentialThe ability to join a progressive, passionate team focused on customer service and continuous improvement.
