The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Manager who will be responsible for driving online customer acquisition, analytics and optimization of our marketing funnel. The ideal candidate will be a data-driven, analytical thinker. Specifically, you will be responsible for digital media buying and management of the day-to-day operations of social, search, display, promoted content and retargeting campaigns. The candidate must eat, sleep and breathe digital strategy and ideally have 2+ years of experience in a similar capacity. This is a critical role in the company and the person will report directly to the Co-Founder.

In This Role, You Will
  • Lead customer acquisition strategy and execution of campaigns with a focus on paid online media and content
  • Lead paid social (primarily Facebook) ad campaigns, lead generation, landing pages and email drip campaigns
  • Manage all PPC programs to expected ROI with an understanding of cost per acquisition, retention and lifetime value
  • Review daily, weekly, monthly reports and statistics to monitor and adjust key marketing programs in order to maximize growth
  • Manage web analytics to provide in-depth analysis of website and channel performance through analysis of traffic, the conversion funnel, average order size, and ROI to make recommendations and implement strategies for improvement
  • Work with development and design team to develop new landing pages, ad creative and A/B testing
  • Work with brand marketing and social media team to align organic and paid social efforts
  • Manage any agencies, freelance partners or media buying outlets

Must Haves
  • Prior experience managing and optimizing various paid Facebook campaigns through Native ad manager or external exchange networks
  • Familiarity with other digital marketing tools such as Steelhouse, Optimizely, Bounce Exchange or comparable technical marketing stacks
  • Experience in e-commerce and/or digital media agency experience
  • Creative thinker who can generate innovative ideas and solutions and partner effectively with brand marketing and other creative teams
  • Online Analytics (Google Analytics, Mixpanel)
  • Self-directed, proactive and able to define and execute projects independently
  • High proficiency in Excel required
  • Bachelor’s degree in a marketing or quantitative discipline
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development constraints a large asset
